Registration for new enrollments into the district will now be completed and submitted online and any required documents must be received via email.
Please be sure to complete ALL necessary parts of this application and to electronically sign where needed. Once your application is submitted online and additional documentation is submitted, it will be reviewed by staff and you will receive an email confirmation with the latest status.
You will be required to either email or bring in pertinent documentation to finalize your application.
In order to complete your registration please scan and email the documents below. If you are unable to scan and email, then you must call the number above and make an appointment to submit the following requirements:
HOMEOWNER
Current property tax statement or mortgage statement or recent DEED
2 current utility bills
RENTER
Landlord Affidavit(see attached) must be completed by homeowner and notarized
Current property tax statement of homeowner
2 Current utilities in parent/guardian’s name or 2 OFFICIAL mailings
