Wyandanch Memorial High School students enrolled in the Smart Scholars program participated in an “Amino Acids and AI” workshop at Brookhaven National Laboratory on July 10. During the hands-on experience, students built amino acid models, used a computer program and Python to explore scientific concepts, and learned about different careers in the STEM fields.
