Little Builders Take Flight with Birdhouse Project

Wyandanch School District prekindergarten and kindergarten scholars enrolled in the district’s free SCOPE morning enrichment program recently spread their wings while learning about birds and their habitats. As part of the hands-on lesson, students assembled and painted their own birdhouses. The colorful creations gave the young learners an opportunity to express their creativity while practicing fine motor skills.
