Young Performers Light Up the Stage at Elementary Winter Arts Showcase

Wyandanch’s music department held a festive Elementary Winter Arts Showcase on Dec. 9, presented by Lafrancis Hardiman Elementary School, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School and the LFH Annex at the Wyandanch Memorial High School auditorium.
The evening featured a delightful lineup of student performances, including the MLK Fifth Grade Beginning Band playing “Snowman Stomp,” an adorable rendition of “Jingle Bells” from the LFH Annex performers, the LFH Chorus singing “Feliz Navidad” and a lively  Christmas medley dance from the MLK Pep Squad. The MLK Chorus closed the showcase with a magical light-filled performance of “Like Diamonds in the Night.”
