Through OPWDD, students can access supports and services that can help family members to support them living at home; assist students with living on their own in the community of their choice; help if they want to work, take part in volunteer opportunities or other types of community involvement; and assist with accessing services they need to live their life, including connecting them to clinical or therapeutic supports.
