What is Title IX?
Title IX is a federal civil rights law that prohibits sex-based discrimination in any school or education program that receives federal funding. This includes:
- Sexual harassment or assault
- Gender-based discrimination
- Unequal access to educational opportunities
- Retaliation for reporting Title IX violations
How to File a Complaint
If you believe you or someone else has experienced discrimination or harassment based on sex, you can file a complaint by:
- Contacting the Title IX Coordinator directly.
- Submitting a written complaint via email or in person.
- Using the district’s online reporting form.
All complaints are handled confidentially and in accordance with district policy and federal law.
